About the Founder
Cafe NLP was founded by Mr. Nicks Tran, a certified Master Coach, NLP & Hypnosis Trainer, and passionate advocate for personal transformation. With over a decade of experience in the field, Nicks has empowered thousands of individuals to unlock their true potential and take control of their inner dialogue. Certified as an NLP Trainer in the United States in 2017, he has since led impactful workshops, retreats, and online programs both in Vietnam and internationally.
In addition to his coaching work, Nicks is the author of Mega Millions Mission (MMM)—a powerful guide to self-development, with all proceeds directed to charitable causes. His deep commitment to social impact is reflected through his initiatives in education, healthcare, vocational training, agriculture, and scientific research. Nicks believes that true change begins within and lives by the philosophy:
